After downloading Customer Support Package and extracting the contents you able to find the following folders and files:
- UPLOAD Folder
- HOW_TO_INSTALL.txt File
- READ_ME.txt File
- Configuring Script Package:
Before starting up please make sure you've created a mySQL database at your hosting, and then open UPLOAD/includes/config.php and write your mySQL Database credentials there.
- Uplading Script Files:
Upload all contents of UPLOAD Folder to your website public directory, it's preferable to upload it using your hosting panel file manager. If you are uploading files individually using FTP client make sure you are using Binary uploading method.
