This page let you make an announcement for all your customer support users and shows list of announces.
- Title. The announcement title.
- Brief. Brief is a description of the announcement.
- Publisher. The one who published the announcement.
- Status. Status of announcement can be Active, Pending, Complete,...etc.
- Date. Date of creation of the announcement.
- Publish. The date on which the announcement was published.
Adding new announcement
You can add an announcement, just click on "Add Announcement" button, new window will appear, start to fill announcement information.
- Title. The announcement title.
- Brief. Brief is a description of the announcement.You will find an area to type announcement body.
- Publish. Date of publishing.
- Active. Check active to active the announcement.
Finally, click on "Add Announcement" button, Now announcement is ready for publishing.
Updating announcement
To update a given announcement, you can click on the "edit" button, located at the end of the row in the announcement's list. A new page appears.
Start editing, change announcement body,announcement status and publish date.And finally click on "Update Announcement" button.
Filter and search for announcement
You can filter announcement by active or not, published or unpublished or filter by publisher just choose from multi which filter you need.
Also you can search for announcement , write announcement title and all information about you search will appear.
